About Us
Level G was founded in 2005 by Mr. Gerard Giosa after 25 years of conducting parking studies at two of the top consulting firms in the New York metropolitan area.
We are a small company with a wide range of resources at our disposal. As a result, we are capable of handling both large and small assignments anywhere in the United States. In our first year of operation, we conducted 24 assignments for 19 clients (10 public entities and 9 private entities).
Our public clients include municipalities, parking authorities, and major agencies such as New Jersey Transit. Our private clients include shopping centers, developers, and architects / engineers who need specialized experitise with repsect to parking garage planning and functional design.
The products resulting from our assignments include expert testimony at Planning Board meetings, technical memoranda, functional plans for parking facilties, comprehensive reports and just about everything in between.
We welcome the Town of Dover (NJ) into our family of clients. They have engaged Level G to review their parking system and some upcoming redeveloppment proposals.
We are saddended by the loss of John L. Dalton who passed away at the age of 79 on March 17, 2007. "Jack" was a long serving Executive Director of the Morristown (NJ) Parking Authority and a true giant in the parking industry.

Congratulations to the New Brunswick (NJ) Parking Authority for the recent opening of their 8th parking garage, the 900 space "Plum Street Deck". It is the second NBPA garage to open in the past 12 months - Level G was parking consultant / feasibility consultant on both projects.
